Job Title

A principal position is available for a teaching principal at Palinyewah Public School.

The school is a small rural setting with an enrolment of 20 students. It has two multi-stage classes and provides quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the school to deliver high-quality education.
  2. Develop and implement rigorous and inclusive whole school teaching and learning programs.
  3. Build positive relationships with all levels of the school and community.
  4. Manage staff performance to improve teaching and learning.
  5. Plan systems and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
  6. Lead staff in implementing Aboriginal education policies to ensure quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High-level educational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex public schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader.
