Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with commercial operations and functional leaders to drive business performance. You will also partner with the Financial Controller to align regional finance priorities and ensure accurate timely reporting.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business performance and supporting growth initiatives. They will be commercially astute and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance contact for regional management teams, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial operations and functional leaders to drive business performance.
  • Partner with the Financial Controller to align regional finance priorities and ensure accurate timely reporting.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and support the preparation of regional budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
  • Deliver monthly headcount performance reviews, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance and prepare the APAC regional performance report.
  • Decision Support: Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.
