Financial and Commercial Advisors for Infrastructure Projects

Project & Infrastructure AdvisoryOur Project & Infrastructure Advisory (P&IA) team provides specialist advisory services to government and corporate clients in the infrastructure sector. We have a national team of approximately 100 specialists with expertise in financial and commercial advice, economics, strategy and planning, business case development, and project management.
About the RolesWe are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced financial and commercial advisors to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team. You will have the opportunity to work across business case, feasibility study, procurement, and other financial and commercial engagements for a diverse range of infrastructure projects across Australia and multiple sectors for both government and private-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leading, managing, and developing project financial models for various projects and assets
- Leading, managing, and preparing financial and commercial analyses based on internally or externally prepared financial modelling and an understanding of the client/project's objectives
- Leading, managing, and delivering reports and presentations for a wide variety of stakeholders
- Leading, managing, and/or working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, including both internal resources and external sub-consultants (or as part of a consortium)
- Managing or contributing to the on-time and on-budget delivery of engagements
- Leading, managing, and preparing comprehensive and compelling proposals for new engagements
- Leading or supporting business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients, tracking potential engagement opportunities, and developing proposals
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners, and broader industry
We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of project financial modelling and analysis to support investment evaluation. You should also have a good understanding of government frameworks for business case development. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively, work in a multi-disciplinary team, manage engagements and deliverables, and lead or contribute to the development of a team.
