Mobile Plant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader and other quarry mobile plant as required
- Operate the crushing plant
- Perform basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Experience:
- Experience in mobile plant operation (front-end loader desirable but not essential)
- HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential
- Quarry experience highly regarded, but not essential
