As a Technical Director for Engineering Excellence, you will be instrumental in driving excellence in engineering design processes, upholding stringent safety and sustainability standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Your strategic leadership, technical guidance, and operational oversight will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients while maintaining our reputation for reliability, integrity, and client satisfaction.

About You:

  • You must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • You should have demonstrated engineering experience in heavy industry, with experience in a senior engineering role.
  • You should have demonstrated expertise in engineering design processes and methodologies relevant to heavy industry and hazardous industries.
  • You should possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
