We are seeking a skilled Webster Packer to join our team at My Village Pharmacy Whitebridge.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing Webster packs, organising them for Residential Aged Care Facilities and Community patients, and maintaining our high quality packing system.
This is a fast-paced role that requires high accuracy and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience working in pharmacy, be self-directed and able to work independently, and have the ability to organise and prioritise their work duties.
As a Webster Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of packs to our customers. You will be required to maintain a clean and clinical packing area, ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, and undertake quality improvement activities for our packing program.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working directly with owners who are working in the pharmacy.
This is a permanent part-time or full-time position, available for 25-38 hours per week. Flexible hours are available, working Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1+ years experience working in pharmacy
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to organise and prioritise work duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ongoing professional development to foster your skills
- A positive work culture and a professional but fun working environment
- An independent role, while still working as part of a team
