Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This leadership role is a key driver of store performance, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven professional with exceptional people management skills, able to lead by example and inspire their team to achieve excellence.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing retail team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives, including sales targets, customer service standards and visual merchandising plans.
  • Provide coaching, training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to monitor progress, provide feedback and set goals.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
Requirements:

Applicants for this role must possess the following qualities and qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management or a related field an asset.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
