Makeup Artistry is a creative and dynamic role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, passion for people, and inspirational customer service.

This position involves working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the beauty industry. While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with some knowledge.

You should also be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment. Experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience for customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with in-store events and promotions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certification in makeup artistry or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail point-of-sale software an asset
