About the Position

This is a full-time job ideal for someone with proven dealership or heavy vehicle service experience who is ready to step up into a senior position. You will be the key liaison between our customers and the service team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing guidance to your colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and managing service enquiries
  • Coordinate service appointments and provide accurate estimates to customers
  • Liaise with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Manage invoicing, warranty claims, and documentation to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Mentor and support the service advisor team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to build long-term loyalty
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (truck/heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Developed leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support junior advisors
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Mechanical knowledge to communicate effectively with customers and the workshop team
  • A valid Australian working visa and current driver's licence
