About the Role

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join their team in Central Brisbane. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of the property management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including lease renewals, entry and exit inspections, and rental arrears
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, including clear communication and follow-up
  • Process maintenance requests and invoices
  • Use cloud-based software to manage property data and communicate with stakeholders
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Previous Property Management experience, ideally 1+ years
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
  • Well-presented
  • Valid driver's license
