Lead Client Engagement in Contaminated Land

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to lead client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure and QLD Airport precincts. As a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in CLM / Hydrogeology consulting, you will provide strategic and client leadership for a five-person Brisbane team delivering high-end contaminated land and hydrogeology projects.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in contaminated land and hydrogeology.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices in contaminated land and hydrogeology.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in CLM / Hydrogeology consulting.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Credibility in front of Defence, Infrastructure or mining clients.
  • EPA QLD Auditor status (or interest in future pathway).
