Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Executive to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of events, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and banquets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Develop and implement event concepts and themes that align with our brand and client objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within approved limits.
- Ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standard, with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of event management software and technology, including event planning tools and online platforms.
