This is a mid-senior level management role within our multimedia group, where you'll collaborate closely with product, design, and AI researchers to deliver innovative editing tools for end users. As a seasoned leader, you'll mentor engineers, champion best practices in software development and system design, and grow engineering talent through coaching and feedback.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of backend engineers focused on building scalable video infrastructure and AI-powered services.
- Drive the technical roadmap for video understanding, transformation, inference pipelines, and system performance.
- Collaborate across specialties to deliver innovative editing tools for end users.
- Champion best practices in software development and system design.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience leading high-performing backend engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
