Service Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team as Servers. As a member of our service staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Guide guests through our menu offerings and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and address any concerns or special requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards meeting guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
