Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of training content to our dealerships, aligned with company objectives and values.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and make necessary changes to course materials and delivery.
  • Participate in OEM Certification process for Trainers.
  • Assist in developing Vermeer Training Content.
  • Research training topics and industry relevant information to increase subject matter expertise.
  • Mentor Apprentices.
  • Develop relationships with OEM's and key Training providers.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment qualification plus training experience an advantage.
  • A passion for people and knowledge sharing.
  • Extensive experience with Vermeer Equipment with an emphasis on their Systems and Processes.
  • Solid Knowledge and understanding of the company line of products.
  • Previous experience in a Vermeer related role (highly advantageous).
  • Strong computer skills and technical acumen.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A mature attitude with a logical and methodical approach to your work.
  • Ability to work within a team.
