Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and assisting the development of care and support staff.
">Your primary focus will be on growing and maintaining the client base, ensuring smooth service operations, building and maintaining a strong services team, and providing feedback and ideas for strategic direction.
">You will also be responsible for supervising care staff and support staff in service provision, involved in training and development of staff, coordinating daily supports, and leading day-to-day operations of the services team.
">The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, attention to detail, and a conscientious work ethic. They will demonstrate a great attitude and focus on achieving goals, take responsibility and lead by example, love growth and challenges, and be a team player who rolls up their sleeves to get it done.
">In addition, they will have proven experience in a similar role, understanding of the NDIS, high-level organisational and time management skills, experience managing people and coordinating support services, exceptional customer service skills and patience, ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, and high level of computer literacy and CRM experience.
">They will also be able to develop business budgets and have knowledge of NDIS policies, hold a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check, and have a qualification in Disability or relevant areas, minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in an NDIS organisation, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment">
