Job Summary:

Registered Psychiatric Nurse Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 to fill this critical position.

About the Position

This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute community mental health setting. The successful candidate will possess excellent assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis assessment and treatment, triage, emergency psychiatry, and APACER.
  • They will also have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board via AHPRA.
  • Prior work experience within an acute community mental health setting and drug and alcohol services is essential.
  • Australian working rights and current influenza vaccination are mandatory requirements.
