About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Identity Security Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Hive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a high-profile Federal Government contract.

Job Summary

This role involves working alongside a Lead Architect and Technical Lead to drive the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, focusing on modernising application authentication, authorisation, and security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver Identity Governance solutions and contribute to enterprise architecture, product roadmaps, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Drive the IAM platform and solution deployment process and best practices, representing the department in whole-of-government committees, working groups, programs, design, data standards, and implementation of relevant standards and legislation.
Critical Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing enterprise IAM solutions for large and complex organisations, working with application teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong experience driving engagement and collaboration with stakeholders within the Identity and Access Management domain and with key business representatives and non-technical audiences.
Additional Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry benchmarks and location. The position offers a 12+36 month Federal Government contract, providing stability and opportunities for growth.
