Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in achieving sales, wages, and target goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience with a track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You have retail store management experience.
  • A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
  • A passion for coaching and leading teams.
  • Exposure to performance management.
  • Strong and engaging communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Effective roster management.
  • Previous visual merchandising ability.
  • Open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays, and weekends when required.
  • Understanding of fashion and trends.
