This includes providing expert advice on beauty products and services, as well as recommending personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships with clients and fellow team members
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is an asset
As a Retail Assistant at Sephora, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
Others:Please note that each of our stores has its own individual needs. As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
