About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paste Reticulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our underground paste crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of underground paste reticulation systems.

  • Installation of underground paste reticulation, pipe supports, couplings, elbows etc.
  • Installation of underground dump valves/diverter valves, pressure sensors, and instrumentation.
  • Construction of paste walls and bunds.
  • Coordinate works with surface plant and mining operation teams.
  • Support supervisors in planning and executing paste infrastructure projects efficiently and within scope.
  • Record and report daily activities, paste line performance, and maintenance requirements accurately.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, including hazard identification, risk management, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other crews to coordinate paste installation around mining schedules.
About You
  • A minimum of 12 months underground experience is essential within paste and projects.
  • You should have proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and underground plant relevant to paste reticulation.
  • A mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic system faults is required.
  • Your focus on safety and hazard awareness is critical.
  • You must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and confined spaces.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach are necessary.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and schedules is also required.
  • You should hold IT & UG LV Tickets.
  • A current Manual Drivers Licence is also required.
  • You must pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
About the Offer
  • This is a full-time role with associated entitlements.
  • The competitive hourly rate is between $55+ per hour + 12% superannuation paid on all hours worked.
  • Ongoing project work is available.
  • $1000 referral bonuses may be offered.
  • Paid OEM training and development opportunities are provided.
  • Fortnightly pay is standard.
  • Dayshift only positions are available with 12-hour shifts.
