Business Development Representative for Hybrid Cloud Solutions

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in driving sales within an assigned territory by collaborating with the field sales team and partners. Key responsibilities include generating sales, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and maximizing coverage within the defined region. This individual will also provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed, contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.

With a strong background in B2B sales of high-tech products/services, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will be able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in roles and responsibilities as needed. Proficiency in MS Office automation tools, such as Excel and Outlook, is essential, along with a strong interest and passion for technology innovation and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales within assigned territory
  • Drive key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead generation lists
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business
  • Maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrate organizations with Veeam products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of high-tech products/services
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
  • Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and industry trends

$60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated salary range based on location and experience).
