We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer experience professional to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating lasting impressions and meaningful relationships with clients, guests, and staff.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engaging welcome and farewell services to staff, clients, and contractors;
  • Recognizing VIPs, guests, and building staff and using their names wherever possible;
  • Maintaining clean and well-presented reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms;
  • Working closely with security teams to ensure people and building safety;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as per the request from tenants;
  • Offering a concierge service to assist with ticketing, event, and venue queries;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work constructively and autonomously. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients and colleagues.
