Job Description

The stablehand will be responsible for ensuring the daily care and well-being of our horses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning boxes to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the horses
  • Hosing horses after exercise and assisting with their grooming and rugging
  • Performing general stable work and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of horse care and handling
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Benefits

This is a part-time position working Monday to Saturday mornings from 3:30am to 8:30am. The stablehand will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team and contribute to the overall success of the operation.
