Job Summary
We have a number of opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Support Workers to join our Community team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualised support services to enable older people to remain living at home.
- Work with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure their individual needs are supported.
- Deliver services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
- Follow tasks as directed per Care Plans and Task lists, such as personal care, general housekeeping, social support and transport.
- Ability to speak Greek and/or Italian is highly desirable.
Requirements
- A Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support, Bachelor of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centered supports.
- Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy and insured).
