Job Title

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Domestic Assistants in the Western Suburbs.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will provide essential cleaning services to our aged clients and NDIS participants, maintaining and enhancing their homes and standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Making beds and changing bed linen
  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Hanging, folding, and ironing washing
  • Dusting

This role is not restricted to home care professionals and those with domestic assistance experience already. Students currently studying healthcare or support work qualifications, as well as anyone interested in pursuing a fulfilling and impactful career in home care, are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in aged care and/or NDIS (preferred)
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (desirable)
  • Comfortable interacting with elderly clients
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
