Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Seasonal Casual. This role involves supporting our retail teams by sorting and coordinating customer parcels ensuring they are safely stored and ready for collection.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Casual, you will play a critical role in maintaining a high standard of work, processing mail and parcels efficiently, and keeping our post offices merchandised and well-stocked. You will be responsible for manually sorting mail that arrives at your workplace each day, lifting up to 16kg of mail repeatedly, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and coordinate customer parcels to ensure timely collection
  • Maintain a high standard of work, adhering to company procedures and protocols
  • Process mail and parcels efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Keep post offices merchandised and well-stocked, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers

Working Arrangements

This is a seasonal position, working from Monday to Friday, 3:00PM - 6:00PM, with flexible start and end times to accommodate your needs. The working period will be from 22nd November to 23rd December.
