We are seeking an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join our team to undertake quality workmanship and ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

• Inspect received parts for defects and ensure they are correct
• Disassemble vehicles according to job sheets
• Label and store parts
• Notify broken parts and extra repairs to the estimator
• Check new parts for damage and communicate defects to the parts manager
• Colour match and paint vehicles
• Build and maintain a colour library
• Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to job sheet requirements
• Buff and denib vehicles
• Repair vehicles according to repair methods, OEM standards, and job sheets
• Reassemble vehicles
• Handle vehicles with care and attention
• Clean work areas
• Coach apprentices when required
• Handle company tools and equipment with care and attention
• Adhere to our OH&S policy

• Trade qualified Panel Beater
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong commitment to working safely
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work effectively with the team
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Own tools to fulfill the role
