Aged Care Home Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate manager to oversee the effective management and oversight of local services after hours in a residential setting.
This role requires highly developed clinical and people management skills to support local care teams in providing excellent quality person-centred care and services to residents and their families.
- Responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and observing, documenting, and reporting changes in resident wellbeing and care environment.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others.
- Collaboration with Registered Nurses and other care staff is essential to ensure the wellbeing of residents within the Residential Aged Care Home.
- A Bachelor of Nursing or current Registration with AHPRA as Division 1 is required.
- An NDIS clearance and relevant work experience in Community Care, Home Care or Residential settings are also necessary.
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations and Flu immunisation up to date are mandatory.
- The ability to collaborate and work in a team under the guidance of Registered Nurses is crucial.
