Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive management and strategic planning of automotive parts acquisition.
- Analyze and organize inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing storage and distribution expenses.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with workshops to enhance inventory management processes and establish effective supply and distribution systems.
- Explore cost-saving opportunities and enhance the efficiency of existing operations.
- Develop schedules for equipment inspections, reliability assessments, and work plans.
- Prepare estimates for costs and materials or project timelines.
- Ensure effective monitoring and management of distribution activities.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a procurement management position.
- Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Dependability, self-drive, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
