We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Second Chef to join our team at Arcare Aged Care. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality meals and refreshments to our residents, meeting their individual needs and aligning with our values.

About You

  • You will have a commercial-level understanding of the catering environment and possibly working knowledge of menu planning, ordering, and special diet preparation.
  • You will work well within a team environment and ensure that all staff maintain safe food handling practices.
  • You will be willing to initiate and participate in innovative projects to build a person-centred environment for our residents.
