We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, providing high-quality cleaning services in residential settings.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service while creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly professional approach are required.
- Prioritize maintaining cleanliness and organization of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes according to client preferences and requirements.
- Provide respectful and supportive service to aged care and NDIS clients following individual care plans where applicable.
- Complete end-of-lease, pre-sale, and inspection cleans for real estate properties to a high standard.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow scheduled cleaning plans and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are highly regarded.
- Police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening may be required.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $30-$35 per hour.
