We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists
- Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity
- Develop succession plans to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Create and manage rosters to ensure all tasks are covered
- Work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Leadership and Management
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Ability to develop and implement succession plans
- Operations and Logistics
- Experience in managing rosters and schedules
- Ability to work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities
- Knowledge of cleaning and trolley collection processes and procedures
