Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, encompassing any associated modifications. This involves ensuring that all alterations, end-of-transaction settlements, progress claims, and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, consistent with contractual documentation.

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including any associated modifications.
  • Ensure all alterations, end-of-transaction settlements, progress claims, and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, consistent with contractual documentation.
  • Supervise the installation team and ensure system compliance regarding safety obligations and processes, as well as completion photography.
  • Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of managed projects.
  • Ensure weekly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting is issued to customers for managed projects.
  • Guarantee accurate project invoicing and completion forecasting.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the signage industry is required.
  • Proven experience in project management is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships are required.
  • A Diploma in Frontline Management or Project Management is desirable.
  • A Construction blue card or a white card is also desirable.
