Job Description

An exceptional opportunity exists for a Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead our team of security infrastructure specialists. This is a permanent position with epic career growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of cyber security controls and services across multiple environments. They will also assess and review the technology landscape to identify future technology needs and provide input into our security strategy and program.

This role requires extensive industry experience in cyber security operations, strong technical skills, and operational experience in managing cloud native security services across public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor an internal team of security infrastructure specialists.
  • Design, implement, and maintain cyber security controls and services.
  • Assess and review the technology landscape.
  • Define and document service roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure security services are regularly monitored, highly available, and operating in accordance with approved design and architecture documents.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive industry experience in cyber security operations.
  • Strong technical skills and operational experience in managing cloud native security services.
  • Experience with managing and configuring cloud native security services across public cloud environments.
  • Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
