We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a VCE Chemistry Tutor. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping students succeed and achieve their academic goals.

As an Assistant Tutor, you'll support student learning by acting as a secondary tutor during classes, addressing questions, and clarifying concepts while the primary tutor teaches. You'll also conduct 1-on-1 video consultations outside of class hours, provide ongoing text-based support, and proofread and review learning materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

This role offers flexibility with hybrid work-from-home options for proofreading, consultations, and text-based support, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Locations

Requirements

  • Tutoring experience in VCE Chemistry
  • First Year University Chemistry knowledge or above
  • Academic awards in Chemistry (favourable but not mandatory)
  • Ability to commit to weekly classes and campus locations
