We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care casual workforce in Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical care to residents in residential Aged Care facilities and retirement villages in Gold Coast.
- Document vital signs, medication administration, and resident assessments.
- Implement infection control and prevention measures.
- Deliver palliative care, restorative care, and pain management.
- Assist in admission and ease the transition for residents and their families.
- Liaise with residents' family, doctors, and allied health professionals.
- Bachelor of Nursing and valid AHPRA registration.
- COVID vaccination and annual flu vaccination.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- At least 6 months of full-time experience working in Aged Care as an RN in Australia.
- Experience as a nurse in charge and/or working in regional locations is highly desirable.
- Current Police Check (under 12 months old) and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Generous pay and penalty rates.
- Ad hoc shifts and block shifts available.
- Flexibility to work AM/PM/Nights and rotating rosters.
