Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and challenging group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Adhere to our teaching standards and processes
  • Ensure consistent high-quality class delivery
  • Foster a welcoming and energetic environment for members
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and well-maintained studio
  • Assist with capturing class content and testimonials for social media

Requirements:

  • Reformer Certification
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Passion for teaching and educating members
  • Proactive attitude with ability to adapt exercises and offer progressions
  • Exceed member expectations in our Group Fitness Program
  • Be available to assist with regular timetable participation and fill-in classes
  • Instruct safely while providing a challenging and fun environment
