Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers to return to work and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work
  • Visiting workplaces to gain an understanding of what challenges an injured worker may face
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing
  • Educating workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries
  • Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals
Requirements:
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
  • Commitment to being the best and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to bring new ideas to the table and be part of a vibrant and diverse team
