Our Team
We are looking for driven, ambitious, and mature-minded team members who want to grow into successful leaders in our business. Through training and education, we will provide the tools to help create a successful retail career for you.
About You
- You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role in retail.
- You should be able to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
- You should have proven experience in training and coaching team members.
- You should have a history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
- You should be able to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.
- You should be a Brand Ambassador who shares our values and can share our brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
- You should have experience in Customer Service and be passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
- You should be driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.
- You should have an interest in fashion and retail.
- You should want to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
