Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at NRMA Parks and Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our accommodation and public areas meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas.
  • Ensure linen changes, cleaning of cabins, and replenishment of stock and recording of items in rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with a great team to deliver exceptional guest services.

Requirements:

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests.
  • Housekeeping experience and a good understanding of cleaning standards.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • An ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • A flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
