SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI-CO) Functional Analyst

Security Clearance: Eligibility for Negative Vetting Level 1 is required.

Contract Duration: Initial term of 12 months with the possibility of two additional 12-month extensions.

Position Overview:

The role involves comprehensive functional expertise in SAP FI, covering the entire spectrum of functionalities and business processes, including the development of functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess extensive functional knowledge of SAP FI end-to-end processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP ECC6 FI-CO.
  • Experience with the transition of SAP FI/CO modules from SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the SAP FICO functional domain and cloud-based architectures, leveraging industry and SAP reference architectures.
  • Prior experience as a Functional FICO Analyst during SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA upgrades is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SAP FI Functional Analyst or consultant.
  • Expertise in business process optimization within SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Centre Accounting.
  • Familiarity with business documentation tools such as ARIS, Visio, or SAP Signavio.
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions in the Finance domain.
