Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for engaging and promoting Bayer Crop Science products to increase demand and strategically achieve targets and market share growth in the MidNorth territory.

Maintaining an appropriate level of technical knowledge is essential to enable you to confidently translate technical product information into commercial benefits for customers, always providing value-adding services.

You will work closely with the distribution channel to sell and promote Bayer Crop Science products, closing the sale at each opportunity. Additionally, you will prepare and execute a territory business plan that fits with the overall company and regional business strategy.

To achieve these goals, you will organize and establish field activities to promote products through demonstration plots, trials, grower field days, and grower meetings. You will also forecast stock allocation, control, and distribution timelines for customers.

A strong understanding of agriculture and agronomy is required, along with experience in sales or a related field. The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending time on the road and in the field, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
