About Our Park

We are a national tourism brand with a network of holiday parks across the country. We're passionate about providing authentic Australian holiday experiences that invite everyone to say g'day to more of Australia.

Our park in Clare is a charming town surrounded by stunning scenery, internationally acclaimed wines, and fresh produce. It's an hour and a half from Adelaide and our caravan park is just moments from the town centre. You can explore the 35 kilometre Riesling Trail, visit cellar doors, scenic landscapes, and rolling hills.

About the Role

This guest-focused role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor functions. As a Vacation Experience Manager, you'll ensure a consistent high level of customer satisfaction through regular face-to-face interaction, maintain a high cleaning standard for accommodation, and assist with overseeing team members.

Your responsibilities will span across various functions, including customer service, staff management, grounds & maintenance, housekeeping, and more.

You'll work in an on-call roster, prioritizing your workload to achieve daily outcomes while always keeping the customer as the priority.
