Bottle Shop Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and purchases.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels, restocking shelves and ensuring products are accurately labeled and priced.
  • Staying informed about the latest products, promotions and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales area at all times.
  • Adhering to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals.

About You:

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
  • You must have knowledge in wines.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is necessary.
  • Ongoing training will be provided.
  • This is a part-time and casual position.
  • Flexibility is essential as you will need to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
