As a Home Care Professional, you will be working with seniors in their homes to provide personalized support and care. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with medication management
  • Cooking and food preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social engagements
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
Requirements
  • Full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • An accredited Medication Competency Certificate
  • At least 500 hours of professional home care experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
