Clinical Lead for Mental Health Practice

As a seasoned Mental Health Nurse, we invite you to take on a leadership role that will drive the advancement of clinical practice and inspire change within our service.

This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to lead by example and leverage their expertise to elevate care standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of clinical practices through evidence-based educational initiatives and professional development programs for staff.
  • They will develop and evaluate quality improvement processes, particularly through Essentials of Care initiatives, focusing on mental health care in various settings and research projects.
  • This position plays a pivotal role in supporting periodic Accreditation processes and procedures, requiring additional projects as directed.
