Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage our pharmacy team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical guidance and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety, including adherence to QCPP and relevant policies and procedures.
- Stock Management: Coordinate stock movement, ordering, and replenishment, ensuring that all stock is accurately managed and maintained.
- Prescription Management: Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all prescriptions are dispensed in a timely manner.
- Counseling and Education: Provide counseling and education to patients on prescribed and over-the-counter medications, as well as their medical conditions, through our Care Clinics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and maintain relationships with local health professionals, ensuring effective communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Licence/Certification: AHPRA registration.
- Work Authorisation: Australia.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour.
