Job Title: Certified Midwife - Central Queensland

At JPS Medical Recruitment, we're seeking a dedicated Certified Midwife to join our team at Rockhampton Hospital in Central Queensland. As a key member of our maternity care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women and infants, working closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional midwifery care to women and infants in a hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to women and their families throughout the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife.
  • Essential FSEP Certification.
  • Experience in ante and post natal care.
  • Experience in Birth Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
