Crane Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified crane operator to join our team at our Melbourne site.

  • Operate mobile cranes for various tasks such as loading and unloading finished products and materials from trucks.
  • Move material around the yard using a forklift for general duties.
  • Assist with spotting and rigging duties, and liaise with management and handle paperwork.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be reliable and punctual with a strong understanding of precast environments and OHS procedures.
  • Prior experience in a precast environment is highly regarded.
  • A valid Crane License (CN) and Forklift license (LF) are essential requirements.

  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of mobile cranes.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and management to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
